75% water is a collective and interactive collection of samples from marine and freshwater various places on the planet: seas, oceans, rivers, lakes, rain, fountains, streams, ponds, springs, etc..
is the result of an open call that occurs while a centrifugal way (as an open invitation to anyone wishing to participate) and centripetal, which converge in one place the water samples from around the world, which, to get here, have had to travel in ways and in very diverse cross skies, seas and continents.
During more than two years, and always with the active collaboration of those who wanted to be part of the project, we have developed a map that, today, is about 300 samples of water from the 5 continents, from Australia to America, via Cyprus, Iceland, Mongolia, Bolivia, Vietnam, the Himalayas, the Nile, the Danube, the jungles of the Orinoco, the Tierra del Fuego, the Black Sea the Red Sea, Baltic, etc..
Water samples collected are presented as fragments of landscapes (and memories) contained both in bottles and in photographs, as in travel and travel undertaken by persons who have participated, forming a network of relationships that flow back and shape the meaning, to the assessment and, in general, the water cycle in its broadest dimension.
These landscapes contained trying to reduce the distances (geographical, cultural, temporal) among the many landscapes depicted and the subject who observes them, so they can be read and interpreted not by way of images and concepts far, but as a series of strategies for communication, transmission, intersection and dialogue on this common element, vital, traveler and transformer is water.
